Nokia 3 now available via offline retail channels priced at Rs 9,499

HMD Global recently announced Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 Android smartphones in India. While Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 will become available only next month, Nokia 3 is now available for purchase via offline retail channels.
Nokia 3 is the cheapest of the three Android smartphones launched by the Finnish company in India. The handset is priced at Rs 9,499 and it uses polycarbonate for its back and aluminium for the side frame. It sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.
Powering Nokia 3 is a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. The camera department is taken careof by an 8MP front and rear camera.Nokia 3 skips fingerprint sensor but runs latest Android 7.0 Nougat with stock experience. HMD Global has also confirmed that its Nokia-branded smartphones will get Android O update when it becomes available from Google.
The smartphone is backed by a 2630mAh battery and uses microUSB port. The smartphone will be available in white, black, blue and copper white colour options.
