Nokia, ahead of big comeback in the smartphone space has announced two new feature phones. The new feature phones are first devices coming under the leadership of HMD Global – the Finnish startup owning Nokia's brand license for next 10 years.
The launch of Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM comes just days after HMD formalised the licensing deal and entered the market officially. Nokia 150 basically follows on the tradition of quality build and affordable price tag among feature phones. Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM feature polycarbonate shells and scratch-resistant colour coating – commonly seen on Nokia phones from yesteryears.
Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM feature 2.4-inch QVGA display and run Nokia Series 30+ operating system. The feature phone houses a 1020mAh BL-5C battery rated to last up to 31 days on standby. The device also features a VGA camera with LED flash and supports microSD card slot.
Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM weigh just 81 grams including the battery and offer features like built-in FM radio and MP3 player. The phone also comes pre-loaded with classic game like Snake Xenzia and Nitro Racing by Gameloft. Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM will be at an estimated retail price of $26 (approximately Rs 1,760) and is expected to be available in India in the first quarter of 2017.
