Nokia 150, the first feature phone from Nokia-brand licensee HMD Global is now available in India. The feature phone is currently available for Rs 2,059 from online retailer Amazon and Flipkart. HMD Global had formally announced the Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM phones in December last year.
Nokia 150 Dual SIM sports a polycarbonate shell and is available in black or white colour option on Flipkart, while Amazon India is selling only the Black colour variant. Nokia 150 Dual SIM features a 2.4-inch QVGA display and runs Nokia's proprietary Series 30+ operating system. The feature phone with its 1020mAh BL-5C battery is rated to last up to 31 days on standby. It also features a VGA camera with LED flash and supports microSD card slot. Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM weigh just 81 grams including the battery and offer features like built-in FM radio and MP3 player. The phones also comes pre-loaded with classic games like Snake Xenzia and Nitro Racing by Gameloft.
Nokia 150 is the first device from HMD Global and the company recently announced an updated version of 3310 Classic at the Mobile World Congress. HMD Global plans to offer full replacement warranty on Nokia 3310 when it is launched here. The company has also introduced Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 smartphones running on pure Android. The Nokia 3310 and all the three Android smartphones are expected to debut sometime in second quarter, i.e. during April and June.
