HIGHLIGHTS

Vivo is expected to launch the X100s smartphone next year.

The X100s is expected to be a flat-screen version of the standard X100, which features a curved-edge OLED panel.

Apart from featuring a different display, all the other specs of the X100s will likely remain identical to the X100.

Vivo launched the much-awaited Vivo X100 series earlier this month. This smartphone lineup includes two models, which are the standard one and the Pro model. Before the release of the Vivo X100 series, there were rumours suggesting that Vivo would unveil not only the X100 and X100 Pro but also a flat-display version of the Vivo X100 and the X100 Pro+. However, these additional devices were not introduced alongside the X100 and X100 Pro. Now, a new leak has revealed the release timeline for the flat-display variant of the Vivo X100.

According to recent reports, Vivo is expected to unveil the X100 Pro+ in April 2024. However, there have been speculations that the company might opt to name it the X100 Ultra instead of going with the Pro+ moniker. Although the exact name for the device is still under consideration, a new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station indicates a potential release of another device named the Vivo X100s, scheduled to launch alongside the X100 Pro+, reports Gizmochina.
