Samsung is reportedly planning to showcase a one-minute teaser video of the upcoming Galaxy S8 at Mobile World Congress next month. Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy S8 won't launch at MWC next month and according to Korea herald, the South Korean company would use the platform to tease the device. Earlier rumours indicated that the company will show the device to partners and analysts ahead of March release.

The Korean electronics giant has scheduled its MWC event for February 26 where the company is expected to showcase Galaxy Tab S3. The Galaxy Tab S3 is rumoured to feature a 9.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixel. The tablet will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB and 32GB storage.

Samsung recently announced that it is delaying the launch of Galaxy S8 in order to test the device thoroughly and avoid Galaxy Note 7-like battery issue. The company has instigated a new 8-step battery testing procedure to ensure the Li-Ion batteries work days after the launch.

The recent rumours hint at Galaxy S8 arriving in 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch display sizes with a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels and unusual aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The handsets are rumoured to be come in a dimension similar to that of existing S7 and S7 edge. The smartphones will be the first to feature Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 processor and may sport a rear fingerprint sensor.

Samsung is reportedly focusing on its own AI assistant named Bixby as the key feature of the upcoming flagship. The smartphones are rumoured to offer same camera as that of S7/S7 edge with improved image quality and colour reproduction. Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to launch at a multi-city event on March 29 and consequently be made available on April 21.

Samsung showcasing Galaxy S8 at MWC 2017 has been rumoured in the past as well and the latest claim should be consumed with a grain of salt. We'll find out more when Samsung kicks off its MWC announcement on February 26.
