MTS India’s new dual-SIM smartphone (CDMA GSM), called the MTS Blaze 4.5, is available online for Rs. 9,999. The smartphone has a 4.5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution.
The MTS Blaze 4.5 runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The MTS Blaze 4.5 sports a 5-megapixel rear and a VGA front-facing camera. The smartphone has features 4GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports Bluetooth, GPS, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The Blaze 4.5 is powered by a 1,600mAh battery, which the company claims to deliver 4 hours of talktime and 250 hours of standby time.
Listing on a website called thinkofus claims the phone comes with 1 lakh MB of data. The site explains free data is valid for one year with first recharge of Rs. 198, free 1 lakh MB data will be credited of the customers’ account. The phone also comes with MTS’ At your service feature where MTS executive comes to customer’s home for activation of SIM Card.
“Customers just need to recharge every month and the remaining from free 1,00,000 MB data will get carry forward till one year. The device offers high speed data of up to 3.1 Mbps. The phone sports many exciting feature like the Piano lock. One can lock the device by selecting any 3 keys of the piano on the home screen and play those 3 keys to unlock it,” says the site.

MTS recently launched the Canvas Blaze HD dual-SIM (CDMA GSM) smartphone. The Canvas Blaze HD features 5-inch IPS 720p display, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon MSM8625Q processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone has an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. It has 4GB built-in storage, expandable up to 32GB.
