Motorola Moto G100 has leaked ahead of its rumoured launch on March 25 globally. The latest leak reveals the design of the upcoming phone along with confirming several key features of the G100. The Moto G100 has been teased previously by the company and is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.
According to a post by Evan Blass on Voice, the Moto G100 features a 6.7-inch display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The G100 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 and could be offered with upto 12GB RAM and 256GB storage along with support for a microSD card of up to 1TB.
The Moto G100 has quad cameras on the back and dual selfie cameras up front. There is a 64MP primary camera with a 16MP camera, 2MP camera and a 3D ToF sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP primary selfie camera along with an 8MP secondary sensor.
The phone in the picture shared by Evan shows the G100 in Iridescent Ocean colour and is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. The Moto G100 shares a lot in common with the Motorola Edge S that was launched in January.
Motorola Edge S features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (2520 x 1080 pixels) resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The LCD screen has two punch-hole cutouts for the dual front-facing cameras. The Edge S measures 9.7 millimetres, weighs 215 grams and is IP52 rated making it splash resistant.
The Edge S is powered by the Snapdragon 870 processor with an octa-core CPU running at up to 3.2GHz and is paired with Adreno 650 GPU along with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage options to choose from.
The Motorola Edge S has a quad-camera setup on the back that includes a 64MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 121-degree field-of-view, a 2MP depth sensor and a 3D Time-of-Flight sensor. As for the dual selfie cameras on the front, these include a 16MP primary selfie camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 100-degree field-of-view.
The power button on the Edge S doubles up as a fingerprint reader and the phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging out-of-the-box.
