Popular smartphone company Motorola has launched yet another entry-level smartphone in India, called Motorola Moto E22s. The smartphone looks like a decent bargain, especially for those on a tight budget. It offers a large display with a higher refresh rate and a long-lasting battery. Here is everything we know about the Moto E22s.
Moto E22s specifications
Moto E22s features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the budget smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 SoC, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The smartphone's rear panel has a dual camera setup consisting of a 16MP primary shooter and a 2MP secondary shooter, and the front panel has an 8MP selfie shooter in a punch hole.
Apart from this, users get a big 5,000 mAh battery with 10W USB-C charging support. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the right panel for securely unlocking the smartphone.
Interestingly enough, the smartphone is IP52-rated, which is a good sign for overall durability.
Among other things, the company also provides a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, support for Google's voice assistant, 4G connectivity, dual SIM functionality, and Android 12 OS.
Moto E22s price and availability
As per the official Twitter handle of Motorola India, the Moto E22s will be available at Rs. 8,999 from October 22, 2022, on Flipkart and leading retail stores in the country. Customers can choose among two colour options: Eco Black and Arctic Blue.
Recently, the brand launched Motorola E32 in India, which seems similar to the Moto E22s except it has a 50MP primary camera. The Motorola E32 is available for Rs. 10,499 on Flipkart. From what it looks like, the Moto E22s is a toned-down version of the Motorola 32.
