Motorola took to their social media account to tease an upcoming launch in India on February 24. The campaign does not reveal the name of the smartphone to be unveiled, but the tweet read “#Findyouredge”, speculating that the Edge series will be launched during the upcoming launch.

As per the rumours, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro could be introduced in the market. It was only last month that the Motorola Edge 30 Pro flagship smartphone was tipped to be launched globally.
For those unaware, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is likely to be a rebranded version of the Moto Edge X30 which was launched in China last year in December. The handset is speculated to have a different design.
The Motorola Edge 30 Pro is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 up to 256 GB. The phone will reportedly run Android 12 with a MyUX skin on top out-of-the-box. The smartphone is said to feature a 6.7-inch full-HD+ POLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It also has a touch sampling rate of 576Hz and a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels.
The handset will support a triple rear camera set up headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera for video calls and selfies will be a 60-megapixel sensor.
The handset is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
The Motorola Edge 30 Pro was retailed in China for a starting price of 3,199 CNY (approx Rs 38,000) for the 8GB/128GB storage model. The prices may vary in India.
