Motorola is gearing up to launch the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion in India. Why we are saying that is because the company has started to tease the smartphone on Flipkart. This means that the company might be looking at an imminent release. While the teaser doesn’t explicitly mention the phone’s name, the #MotoEdgeLegacy hashtag confirms it belongs to the Edge series.
Initially, the teaser came with the tagline- “Experience the Edge, Live the Fusion”, strongly hinting at the Edge 60 Fusion. However, Motorola later changed it to “Experience The Extraordinary”, marketing the phone as a game-changer. The Flipkart listing also confirms that the device will be sold exclusively on the platform, following Motorola’s usual sales strategy.
While not a lot is known about the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion right now, leaks suggest that the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion will feature 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, an upgrade over the Edge 50 Fusion, which launched with 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations. On the design front, we can expect to see a curved display with a centered hole-punch selfie camera. And we might get to see it in three colours- blue, pink, and purple color options.
The rear panel can house a square-shaped camera module in the top-left corner, featuring triple lenses and an LED flash—an upgrade from the dual-camera setup on the Edge 50 Fusion. The module is also marked with “24mm 50MP LYTIA OIS”, confirming a 50-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is rumored to be priced at €350 which roughly converts to Rs 33,000 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. For now, let’s take this information with a pinch of salt as more details will follow soon.
