Motorola's flagship phone the Motorola Edge 40 Pro was announced today. It has all the top-of-the-line specifications. This is the same as the Moto X40 which was previously announced in China.
The phone is launched in Europe at a price of EUR 899.99 which is approximately ₹81,000 but it is not confirmed when the smartphone is going to arrive in India.

It is packed with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and one should note that the Motorola Edge 40 will offer a cleaner UI to the users which is quite close to the stock Android 13 experience.
It will come with a 6.67” AMOLED display offering a refresh rate of 165Hz. In addition to this, the phone has 2.5D curved sides along with Gorilla Glass Victus front and back.
The fingerprint scanner will come under the display and the selfie shooter is placed inside a punch hole.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro offers a triple camera setup with two 50-megapixel shooters along with a third 12-megapixel camera. You can shoot videos in 8K from the rear camera. It also has a 60-megapixel front-facing camera which shoots videos in 4K.
On the battery front, the Motorola phone will be powered by a 4,600 mAh battery. The charger which comes with the box promises to charge the phone from 0% to 50% in just 7 minutes. According to that, within 20 minutes your phone will be fully charged.
In addition to this, it supports 125W wired, 15W wireless, and 5W reverse wireless charging.
The European and Latin American versions of the smartphone will run on a 12GB+ 256GB memory setup and it will be available in two colour variants – Blue and Black.
