Moto seems to be phone launching spree lately. After unveiling the Moto C, Moto Z2 Play and the Moto E4 series of smartphones, the company has sent out media invites for another event on June 27. The company hasn’t confirmed which phone it will be unveiling, but speculation suggests that it might launch the Moto Z2.
The Moto Z2 was spotted on Geekbench a few days ago and was tipped to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 platform with 4GB of RAM. The device was also listed as running Android Nougat. Renders of the device were leaked earlier and suggests that the phone may look quite similar to its predecessor, but sport a redesigned fingerprint sensor and a front facing LED flash. The device will most likely support all MotoMods attachments, like the Moto Z2 Play, which was released in India quite recently.
The Moto Z2 may not be the last phone that the company launches this month. According to reports, the Moto X4 may be unveiled on June 30. The device is tipped to sport a 5-inch Full HD display with a metal and glass design. It is also expected to feature a dual-rear camera setup with two 13MP cameras. Further, it is said to be equipped with a 3800mAh battery with IP68 water and dust resistance.
