Moto X to feature wraparound Magic Glass; official press shots leaked
Information circulating the Internet suggests that the upcoming Moto X smartphone will feature glass that will not only cover the front but wrap around the sides of the display as well.
The Moto X is quite an anticipated smartphone and has been in the news quite a bit these last few weeks. The device is expected to be unveiled soon, on August 1. But, before the official unveiling, there are still a few new rumours trickling in about the smartphone.
Information on the Internet suggests that the Moto X will have a wraparound Magic Glass. The glass will not only cover the entire front of the smartphone, but the sides as well. The smartphone will also apparently have a laminated aluminum structure making it strong yet light.
The glass covering the front and the sides will join in with the rear of the smartphone, which means that there will be a nearly seamless gap with the rear shell and the display.
The Moto X smartphones official press images have apparently been leaked on Twitter. The leak comes from @evleaks, who has leaked plenty of Moto X images in the past. The leaked image of the smartphone shows both the black and the white version. Up till now, we have only had a glimpse of the smartphone in a press invite shot and in the hands of Eric Schmidt a few weeks ago.
All rumours will be put to rest once the smartphone is unveiled tomorrow, August 1.
