Moto X (2016) with SD820, 4GB RAM spotted on GeekBench
The Motorola XT1650 runs on Android Marshmallow v6.0.1, and may be Motorola’s new flagship phone, the Moto X (2016).
A Motorola device called the XT1650 has been spotted on GeekBench. As per the listing, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4GB of RAM. It is possible that this device may be the new Moto X (2016), also known as the Moto X3. The device managed to get a single core score of 2309, and a multi-core score of 5344. The listing shows that the device is running Android Marshmallow v6.0.1, but not much else was revealed about the phone.
Earlier this month, a Motorola device called the Moto X3 was listed on the Indian import data site, Zauba. As per the listing, the device sported a 5-inch display and was a single-SIM GSM device. A few days ago, Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing stated that Motorola will be unveiling a new, “exciting” device on June 9. However, it is speculated that this device may not be the new Moto X3 smartphone, but may instead be the Moto G4 and G4 Plus. Renders and leaked images of the G4 Plus suggest that the device may have a home button below the display multi-functioning as a fingerprint sensor. The Moto G4 Plus is tipped to come with a 16MP primary camera, while the standard G4 is expected to come with a 13MP camera.
