Moto G 16GB goes out of stock, buyers left with only 8GB option
Flipkart stresses there's 'extremely limited stock' of the Moto G.
The Moto G 16GB version has gone out of stock on Flipkart, leaving customers only option for the 8GB.
Earlier, both 8GB and 16GB versions of the Motorola Moto G had run out of stock on day 1 of the launch. Flipkart, however, assured customers it would restore the stock. The Flipkart message stated: “Thank you for the smashing response. We’re sorry, we’re out of stock right now. We’ll be back with more by noon”.
Flipkart in another update stressed there is “extremely limited stock of the smartphone”. The e-commerce site says: “Once again, we stress there is extremely limited stock of the #MotoG – please place your order now if interested.”

Another e-commerce site Snapdeal had received a record 1,000 pre-orders within 2 hours of listing the device.

Flipkart yesterday exclusively launched the much-awaited Moto G smartphone in India. The 8GB version of the smartphone has been priced at Rs. 12,499, while the 16GB model is available for Rs. 13,999.
