Images of a prototype Lumia device with a huge camera bump at the back have been leaked. The photos reveal that the said device ‘Nokia RM-1052’ is a prototype device running on Windows 8.1.
According to the leaked shots, the Lumia phone runs on a quad-core CPU alongside 2GB of RAM. It also sports 32GB internal storage and a 5-inch 1080p screen. The camera MP is not visible but it is as large as the one we saw on the Lumia 1020 and has an LED flash. We can also deduce from the images that the phone has an aluminium build and has a small strip at the bottom, most probably for radio signal.
Since these images surfaced, rumors have suggested that the device in question is the defunct ‘Lumia McLaren’, which was supposed to be the successor to Lumia 1020. The Chinese website which posted the images has taken the images down.
