Micromax’s Superfone Lite A75 has received a price cut and is now selling for Rs. 7,239 via online shopping site Infibeam, while other online retailer Flipkart is selling the device for Rs. 8, 299 along with a Transcend 8GB Memory Card. The company has not yet officially announced the price cut.
The Superfone Lite A75 was launched in India in December last year with a price tag of Rs. 8,999. The Superfone A75 supports dual SIM (GSM GSM) and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
Other specifications of the Lite A75 include a 3.75-inch capacitive touchscreen, a 650MHz processor, 3MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS support, a 3.5mm universal jack, expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB). The device comes with a 1,300 mAh battery and is preloaded with apps like Google Voice Search, Saavn Music, Times of India online newspaper, and Netqin Antivirus.
Micromax has launched quite a few budget smartphones of late. It recently launched Superfone Pixel A90 and Canvas A100. The company has also forayed into the budget tablet segment with the launch of Funbook. Micromax recently introduced its second tablet, the Funbook Pro.
