Micromax-owned YU recently unveiled the Yu Yunique. It is priced at Rs. 4,999, and comes with 4G support, along with a 4.7-inch 720p screen. The device has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM, and is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 SoC. At the back, there is an 8MP camera while the front has a 2MP camera. Unlike other Yu devices, the Yunique does not come with Cyanogen OS. Instead, it comes with the stock version of Android Lollipop. However, Yu has said that users can root the phone, and install Cyanogen OS 12.1 without making the warranty void.
