The Canvas 4 Plus is apparently an upgraded version of the Canvas 4 launched last year. Priced at Rs. 16,999, the smartphone features octa-core processor, 13MP camera and 2000 mAh battery.
Micromax has quietly launched a new smartphone – Canvas 4 Plus A315 – online for Rs. 16,999. The new Micromax smartphone runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat (upgradable to Android L) and is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB of RAM.
The Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 has a 5-inch HD AMOLED display. It sports 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera. The smartphone comes with 16GB of built-in storage, expandable via microSD.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is powered by a 2000 mAh battery.
Availability of the new Micromax comes amid reports of price drop of the recently launched phone Canvas Nitro, which is now available via eBay for Rs. 11,697 and on Flipkart for Rs 12,699. Read: Canvas Nitro Review
