Meizu Pro 6 images, specs, benchmark score leaked
The Meizu Pro 6 may run on MediaTek's Helio X25 SoC, and house a 5.2-inch, 1080p display.
With launch date nearing, new information about the Meizu Pro 6 surfaces everyday. In a latest set of leaked images, we get to see the phone up close, and also some benchmark scores. The website that leaked the information also detailed the specifications of the smartphone. The phone is slated to launch on April 13 in China, and according to what we know, it may not come to India soon.
The images reveal a similar design to the recently-launched Meizu m3 Note. According to the website, the phone might not have a 5.7-inch display, but a smaller, 5.2-inch, 1080×1920-pixel one. It is also rumoured that the display will have a pressure-sensitive display similar to the 3D Touch technology that Apple uses on its iPhone 6s. According to benchmark screenshots, the phone is running on the recently-announced MediaTek MT6797T SoC, also known as the Helio X25. It is a deca-core SoC, and has two dual-core Cortex-A72 core clusters and two quad-core Cortex-A53 core clusters. One cluster is clocked at 2GHz, and the other is clocked at 1.4GHz. According to the website, the Meizu Pro 6 scored 91,165 points on AnTuTu.
There is 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage on-board, and while the phone is expected to come with dual-SIM slots, no microSD card slot is expected to be included here. We expect the phone to be launched in other storage variants as well. According to the rumours, the Pro 6 will have a 21MP rear camera with a 10 LED flash. The device is suggested to be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with Meizu's own Flyme OS on top of it.
