Danish manufacturer, Lumigon has launched its T3 smartphone, which is the world's first phone to feature a night vision camera. The 4MP camera is aided with a dual-IR flash that should allow users to take pictures in complete darkness. The device can also take regular pictures via 13MP rear and 5MP front cameras.
