The LG Optimus L3II Dual and the Optimus L7II Dual were scheduled to launch in India towards the end of March 2013. Better late than never, the smartphones are now listed online in India, and are also visible on LG India’s official website. Both the smartphones boast of dual-SIM capabilities and run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean straight out-of-the-box.
The LG Optimus L3II Dual (E435) has an MRP of Rs. 8,800 but is listed on Flipkart for Rs. 7,899. The L3II Dual has 1GHz processor along with 512MB of RAM. The OS is skinned with LG Optimus 3.0 UI. The smartphone is slim at 11.9mm thick, and it weighs a 107 grams. It has a 3.2-inch True IPS display with a QVGA resolution.
The rear of the L3II Dual has a 3MP camera. It also supports Wi-Fi, A-GPS, and Bluetooth 3.0. It has 4GB built-in storage of which a mere 1.75GB is available to the user but the storage can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. Users also get 50GB of cloud storage via Box. A 1540mAh battery powers the entire package, which LG claims will last users for 7 hours of talk time and 460 hours of standby time.
Next up we have the LG Optimus L7II Dual (P715), it has an MSRP of Rs. 18,650 but is listed on Flipkart for Rs. 14,990. In terms of its specifications, the L7II Dual has 1GHz dual-core processor along with 768MB of RAM. The OS is skinned with LG Optimus 3.0 UI. The smartphone is slim at 9.7mm thick, and weighs in at 120 grams. It has a 4.3-inch True IPS display with a WVGA resolution.
The rear of the device has an 8MP camera. It also supports Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct, DLNA, A-GPS, and Bluetooth 3.0. It has 4GB built-in storage of which a mere 1.78GB is available to the user but the storage can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. Users also get 50GB of cloud storage via Box. A 2460mAh battery powers the entire package, which LG claims will last users for 12.5 hours of talk time and 852.3 hours of standby time.
The L5II Dual was also expected to launch alongside the L3II Dual and the L7II Dual, but is now expected to hit shelves towards the end of April.
