Lenovo has finally launched its Yoga Tab range of tablets in India, with the 8 inch version available for Rs. 22,999 and the 10 inch version available for Rs. 28,999.
No surprises here, Lenovo today officially launched its Yoga Tab range of tablets in India.
The 8-inch version is available for Rs. 22,999 while the 10-inch version is priced at Rs. 28,999. The big differences between the two are the screen size, and the fact that the 8-inch version offers cellular voice calling feature. Both tablets offer a display resolution of 1280×800 pixels and are powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8389 processor.
Under the hood, the tablets include 1GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel rear camera along with a VGA front facing camera and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot. Both run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Read: Who is promoting Lenovo Yoga Tab?
The Yoga Tabs have a cylindrical edge that acts as a stand and houses the battery. It also provides good grip to hold the tablet and are designed to distribute most of the weight towards the cylindrical portion.
Lenovo is also giving away an accessory kit that includes sleeve cover, screen protector and earphone – worth Rs. 4,000 for 8-inch and Rs. 5,000 for 10-inch. However, this will only be available for those who buy the tablet by November 24.
