Earlier today, a new affordable smartphone from Lenovo joined the Vibe lineup of phones. The new device, called the Vibe C, is only available in Croatia at the moment, for 689 Croatian Kuna (Rs. 6.950 approximately). As of now, the smartphone hasn't been officially launched and Lenovo has not announced whether this phone will make it to other parts of the world. It is expected that once the device is launched officially, it might subsequently launched in other growing markets.
From the looks of it, the Lenovo Vibe C looks like a very basic smartphone, something along the lines of the Lenovo A6000. It has a plastic build and the camera module has a metal accent. Upfront, there is a 5-inch IPS display, offering a 1280 x 720p HD resolution. The device is powered by a quad-core SoC, which is apparently not specified at the moment. It sports 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded using a microSD card and the phone supports upto 32GB of external storage.
On the back, the Vibe C features a 5MP camera, with a single LED flash and at the front, there is a 2MP camera. The smartphone will be running on Android 5.1.1 out of the box and will have a 2300mAh battery. The device features dual SIM capabilities, and is equipped with 4G LTE.
