Lenovo has come out with many teasers recently, and last week, confirmed that the K4 Note will have fingerprint sensor and NFC capabilities. Lenovo has also confirmed that the phone will have 3GB of RAM. A previous rumour suggested that the Lenovo K3 Note's successor will sport a MediaTek Helio X10 SoC, and may come in two storage options of 16GB and 32GB. It might also support microSD cards of upto 200GB. A 13MP camera is expected on the back, and the phone might get an 8MP front-facing shooter, too. The phone is expected to be powered by a 3100mAh battery. According to a previous report, the phone will support dual-4G SIM cards and will include other communications features such as Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and OTG support.
The Lenovo K3 Note, which is currently being sold in India for Rs. 9,999, is one of the most popular phones sold by Lenovo. The K4 Note is expected to be priced below the 15k mark, and is likely to offer tough competition to the current list of phones in the market. Other smartphone makers are likely to follow suit, and may launch competing devices soon after.
