Lava’s new entry-level Android smartphone has been spotted on online marketplace flipkart.com. Called the Lava Iris 354e, the new smartphone is priced at Rs. 3,415. The listing on flipkart has no information on the availability of the smartphone.
The Lava Iris 354e is a dual-SIM (GSM GSM) smartphone, running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. It has a 3.5-inch display with 480 x 320 pixels resolution. The smartphone has a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera.
The Lava Iris 354e has 256 MB of RAM, 2 GB ROM and supports additional storage up to 32GB via microSd. In terms of connectivity, the Lava smartphone supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS/ AGPS and micro-USB. It is powered by a 1400mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 6 hours of talktime.
Lava recently launched a budget smartphone – the 402 . The smartphone features 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 3MP rear camera with flash and a VGA front camera, and ‘Shake to connect’ feature that lets users accept incoming calls by shaking their smartphone.
