iQOO has been sharing teasers of the upcoming iQOO Neo 9 series on the Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo. The company recently confirmed that it will announce the Neo 9 lineup in China this month, i.e., in December. Now, ahead of the launch, a reliable tipster has revealed key specifications of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro model.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), tipster Yogesh Brar revealed that the upcoming iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphone model is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with 144Hz refresh rate.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro handset will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

For photography, the upcoming smartphone model is expected to house a 50MP (IMX920) + 50MP camera setup. On the front, there could be a 16MP camera for selfies.
The iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphone is expected to run on Origin OS 4 based on Android 14 out of the box. Also, the handset will likely pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging support.
The upcoming Neo 9 Pro device could also equip the Q1 Supercomputing chipset to achieve better gaming performance.
The tipster further revealed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro handset is expected to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR sensor.
Recently, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro model was spotted on China’s 3C certification website with the model number V2339A. Also, the recently shared teasers by the company revealed the Neo 9 Pro smartphone in a red colour variant. The device will feature a dual-tone colour finish with a white vertical strip on the rear panel.
