iQOO 9, iQOO 9 Pro, iQOO 9 SE expected to launch on Amazon India soon
iQOO 9 series in India will include a third phone called iQOO 9 SE besides the regular iQOO 9 and the iQOO 9 Pro.
The two higher-end iQOO 9 phones could come with 120W FlashCharge support that claims to top up 50% of the phone in 6 minutes.
The phones could be exclusively launched on Amazon India.
iQOO India has announced that it will soon be ‘unleashing’ the iQOO 9 5G series in the country. The top-end models of the phone were first teased at the iQOO Battlegrounds Mobile India Series event that was held in January this year. By the way, it was in the same month that the iQOO 9 duo debuted in the Chinese market. So, after some time, the brand has finally decided to launch the devices across the border. Not just that, in India, a new iQOO 9SE would also be seeing the daylight, although it isn’t specified if this would coincide with the arrival of the other two phones. Also, the company is yet to reveal the launch dates for any of this.
In any case, let’s work with what we know about at the moment. This includes the confirmed specs for the India variants of the iQOO 9 lineup on the dedicated ‘Notify Me’ page on the official website. And not to mention, the details from the Chinese variants of the two non-SE models can also be referred to.
iQOO 9 5G and iQOO 9 Pro 5G (Chinese version)
iQOO 9 Pro has a QHD+ curved LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+ capability while the vanilla iQOO 9 has an FHD+ flat AMOLED panel with HDR10 certification.
At the back, the triple camera setup on the Pro model has a 50MP main shooter with gimbal OIS plus 16MP 2.5x optical zoom (w/ OIS) plus 50MP 150˚ ultrawide snapper (w/ Auto Focus). Meanwhile, the regular iQOO 9 has got a 50MP leader with OIS plus 12MP 2x optical zoom plus 13MP 120˚ super wide-angle lens. On the videography too, the Pro leads with 8K30FPS against 4K30FPS on the iQOO 9.
The rest of the repertoire, save for memory configuration is pretty much the same. We will have to wait for more leaks or official revelation for the available memory SKUs for the Indian iQOO 9 troika.
Yeah so, the third one in the lot would be iQOO 9 SE and it is expected to bring Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel, and cost about ₹35,000 in India. We may get more deets in the days leading up to the launch, whenever that may be.
