iQOO 7 series to be available via Amazon in India, confirms company

iQOO is set to launch a new phone later this month, and ahead of its launch, the company has announced that the series will be available for purchase in the country through Amazon. Under the iQOO 7 series, the phone maker is set to include two new phones, the iQOO 7 Legend and the vanilla iQOO 7.
The company has also confirmed the two phones are being manufactured in India, at the brand's Greater Noida facility. The company has also confirmed that it will use Vivo's service centers for all after-sales-related issues for the new iQOO 7 phones.
Commenting on the partnership, Gagan Arora, Director-Marketing, iQOO said, “Our endeavour at iQOO is to offer products with superior performance and unmatched experience. Our partnership with Amazon is a step further in that direction. iQOO phones are built for those consumers who are naturally skeptical of the status quo and are constantly seeking to improve themselves- Quest on and on!”
iQOO 7: Specifications
iQOO 7 has was launched in China earlier. The phone uses a 6.62-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution display that uses an AMOLED panel and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a punch-hole notch cutout for the selfie camera in the top center and is also home to an in-display optical fingerprint sensor.
The iQOO 7 measures 8.7 millimeters in thickness and weighs roughly around 209 grams. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 660 GPU. This is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options to choose from. It runs on OriginOS based on Android 11 out-of-the-box.
The iQOO 7 has a triple camera setup on the back that consists of a primary 48MP camera, 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 120-degree field-of-view, and 13MP portrait camera with 2x optical zoom. The rear cameras can record in 4K UHD at up to 30FPS and there’s a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The phone is compatible with Wi-Fi 6, supports Bluetooth 5.2, and is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. The company claims it can go from 0-100% in 15 minutes tops.
