The iPhone X will be available in India starting today and customers who pre-booked the device will start receiving the phone.
Apple’s latest smartphone with an edge-to-edge display, the iPhone X is going on sale starting today. The smartphone will also be shipped to those customers who had pre-booked the device. It is expected to be made available offline starting 6 PM today. The smartphone was up for pre-orders both offline and online via Flipkart, Amazon, Apple resellers and other retail outlets.
iPhone X specifications:
The iPhone X sports a 5.8-inch Super Retina Display at a resolution of 2436 x 1125 pixels. It is powered by a new A11 Bionic processor, which features a neural engine and enables the working of the new Face ID feature. It comes with an all glass rear, wireless charging, and is water and dust resistant.
In terms of optics, the smartphone features a 12MP rear dual camera setup with OIS. It sports a 7MP TrueDepth front facing camera with support for portrait mode.
Timing and Price:
The iPhone X will officially be up for sale starting November 3, 6 PM. Even though many reports indicate that the phone will be available in highly limited quantities, the phone is expected to be made available through multiple online and offline stores.
The 64GB variant of the iPhone X is priced at Rs 89,000 whereas its 256GB version will cost buyers Rs 1.02 lakhs. The device will be available in Space Grey and Silver colours.
Offers and cashbacks:
The iPhone X is currently unavailable on any of the online retailer's websites. During the pre-order, they offered some offers and cashbacks with the device. The smartphone will also be up for sale via Airtel’s Online Store starting 6 PM today. The device will be available exclusively for Airtel postpaid customers as an unlocked device on a first come first serve, and on full payment basis. You can read more about the offer here.
