After the iPhone 16 series, Apple can soon launch the successor to its SE series this year. Fans have been eagerly waiting for it as it caters to the audience that wants an iPhone but doesn’t want to splurge on one. Even though Apple has not specified anything yet, the rumour mill is already running at full speed. A recent leak revealed that the iPhone SE 4 can be called the iPhone 16e. Now, a new leak reveals that the iPhone SE 4 can see a price hike. Let’s know more about it.
A recent leak that has surfaced online reveals that the iPhone SE 4 will cost more than its predecessor iPhone SE 3. A South Korean media report expects the upcoming phone to be priced at around KRW 8,00,000. If you convert it into INR, this is Rs 46,000 (approx). If we consider the global prices, it is expected to be priced between $499 and $549. With this, the Indian prices could remain under Rs 50,000. This is a slight upgrade from iPhone SE 3 which was priced at Rs 43,900.
From what we know so far, the iPhone SE 4 can get a complete design change. Rumours suggest that it can look similar to the iPhone 14. With this SE variant, Apple will say goodbye to Touch ID and replace it with Face ID. For this, it will feature a slim and stylish notch. Additionally, the device is speculated to feature an OLED display and A18 chipset.
If industry rumours are to be believed, the iPhone SE 4 can launch in March 2025.
