The tech giant is expected to introduce a brand-new model called the iPhone 17 Air, which will replace the Plus variant. The iPhone 17 Air is expected to be the thinnest iPhone ever made. Both the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air will likely launch later this year. While they will likely share a few features—like the chipset and upgraded selfie camera—they might differ quite a bit in terms of design, rear camera setup, and price.

In terms of looks, the iPhone 17 Air is expected to have a single rear camera placed in a horizontal bar design. On the other hand, the iPhone 17 will likely keep the pill-shaped dual-camera layout, similar to what we’ve seen on the iPhone 16.
