Design changes in the iPhone 17 series
One of the most exciting updates is the introduction of the iPhone 17 Air, which is rumoured to be the thinnest iPhone ever, measuring just 5-6mm. This model is expected to have a titanium-aluminium frame.
The vanilla iPhone 17 may also see a slight increase in size, with a 6.3-inch display, replacing the current “Plus” variant. The Pro models are likely to feature a hybrid design with a combination of glass and aluminium back panels, offering better durability.
Additionally, the camera layout of the iPhone 17 lineup models could take inspiration from the Google Pixel 9, with a horizontal arrangement.

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 17 series in September 2025, following its usual schedule. The starting price in India is anticipated to be around Rs 80,000 for the standard iPhone 17, with Pro models likely starting at Rs 1,20,000.
