Looks like everyone’s complaints about no new changes to iPhone’s cameras have made it to Apple’s California office. A report by Economic Daily News suggests that the Pro models from the iPhone 16 range could come with enhanced cameras.

For a slimmer and lighter design, Apple could be using glass-moulded lenses. And for a better optical zoom, we could get shorter lenses.

Even tipster Digital Chat Station added that this indicates that Apple could introduce a powerful telephoto sensor for its cameras.

Well even though Apple could have these plans, when the production phase of the iPhones kicks in, we know the production challenges that Apple goes through. Hence, it is possible that most of these changes are limited to the telephoto sensor on the iPhone. In addition to that, both the 16 Pro and the 16 Pro Max could get the telephoto sensor but the advanced optical zoom could be reserved for the iPhone 16 Pro Max solely.

Moving on from cameras, we also hear that the next generation of iPhones could come along with an additional button. And no it is not the mute slide. Apple might move the mmWave Antenna from the right to the left side. The action button could be combined with this button and use solid-state technology. But the volume rockers and the power button will remain in their place. This was revealed by tipster Instant Digital on Weibo.
