Intex has launched a new Android smartphone called the Aqua Speed HD. Priced at Rs. 8,999, the Aqua Speed HD runs Android 4.4.2 and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor along with 2GB of RAM.
The smartphone has a 4.7-inch HD display with Dragontrail Glass protection. It sports 8MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera. The smartphone comes with 16GB internal storage. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB and dual-SIM. It is powered by a 1700 mAh battery. Other features of the phone include like Smart Awake, Hot Knot ,New UI Icons, Customized notification bar and Air Shuffle function.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Business Head, Mobiles, Intex Technologies said, “The Aqua Speed HD is another effort of ours towards, inventing and improvising our offerings. Intex's new phone comes months after the company launched the Aqua Xtreme in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 11,490 and features 4.4.2KitKat (upgradable to Lollipop), 1.7 GHz octa-core processor and 1GB of RAM.
