Infinix Zero 5G Launching in India on February 14: Here’s what you need to know

Infinix has debuted its first 5G phone named Zero 5G in Nigeria. And pretty soon, this device is slated to hit the Indian shores on February 14. So, if Infinix releases the same device in our market, then the said device could bring goodies like the Dimensity 900 processor with a 5G modem, a 120Hz FHD+ screen, a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, and a 48MP-led triple rear camera setup. Infinix Zero 5G’s fascia could be a 6.78-inch LCD panel with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 500 nits of peak brightness. Within a punch-hole camera up top would be the phone’s selfie shooter, expected to be a 16MP sensor.
Meanwhile, on the back, the phone could be housing a 48MP main camera, a 13MP secondary sensor with 2x zoom capability, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The internal specs include a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset coupled with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device boasts support for 13 5G bands.
The underlying battery size is 5000mAh and it can be topped up using a 33W charger.
Other important features include Android 11 based XOS 10, micro-SD expansion up to 256GB, FM radio, WiFi 6, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, OTG, and a USB-C socket.
In the Nigerian market, Infinix Zero 5G has been priced at NGN 169,500 which is about ₹30,400 INR. In India, it will be available through Flipkart, and perhaps other outlets. The colour variants on offer may be Skylight Orange, Cosmic Black, and Horizon Blue.
