Infinix Smart 7 HD is a new sub-₹6k smartphone in India. It comes with a Unisoc SC9863A1 processor, 2+64GB memory, an HD+ IPS LCD display, and a 5000mAh battery. It competes against the Redmi A1 and Micromax In 2C. Let’s see which of these is better equipped for the price you pay.
1. Infinix Smart 7 HD has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and 500 nits of brightness while the Redmi A1 sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution and 400 nits of brightness, and the Micromax In 2C rocks a 5.52-inch HD+ screen with 420 nits of brightness.
2. Infinix Smart 7 HD ships with Android 12-based XOS 12 software, while the Redmi A1 boots Android 12 (Go edition) with MIUI 12, and Micromax In 2C brings Android 11 out of the box.

3. The processor inside the Smart 7 HD is Unisoc SC9863A1 (8x Cortex A55 at 1.6 GHz max speed) whereas Redmi A1 has MediaTek Helio A22 chipset (4x Cortex A53 at 2.0 GHz max speed) and Micromax In 2C is powered by Unisoc T610 SoC (2x Cortex A75 at 1.8GHz max clock speed + 6x Cortex A55).
4. Infinix has given an 8MP primary camera and an AI lens on the back of the Smart 7 HD. Redmi A1 also has an 8MP main camera but its secondary rear camera is a depth shooter. Micromax In 2C also shares the same setup. The 5MP selfie camera is also the same on all three.

Infinix Smart 7 HD has been launched in India at ₹5,999 (or ₹5,399) for its 2GB plus 64GB storage. It will be on sale via Flipkart starting May 4.
Micromax In 2C can be bought from Flipkart at ₹5,999 for the 3+32GB memory and ₹5,699 for the 2+32GB memory model.
