The images show a large white device that may be a new device in the Nokia X series, while the smaller device has been tipped to come with an all-metal build

New leaked images purported to be of upcoming Nokia devices have been leaked on Weibo. While the images show two devices, the person who posted the images seems to only focus on the smaller device. According to the post, that device has an all-metal build, and may be priced less than 500 Yuan, which is about Rs. 5,100.

The smaller device looks a lot like the HTC One A9 from the back, due to the antennae bands on the top and bottom of the rear panel. However, the images from the side reveal a boxy design. The relative size of the physical volume and power buttons suggest that the phone could be a very compact device. There is not much known about the larger white Nokia device also in the leaked images. The navigation buttons on the device suggest that it is not a Windows-powered device, but a new phone in Nokia's X series.

Nokia is expected to make a return to the smartphone market this year, after Microsoft acquired the company in 2014. As per the deal, Nokia could not manufacture any new devices till 2016. Last month, images and specifications of another rumoured Nokia device called the C1 were leaked. The images showed the device running Android OS, with the company's Z launcher. It has been reported that Nokia may launch two variants of the C1, one with a 5-inch display, while the other may come with a 5.5-inch display. Both are tipped to come with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Rumours suggest that the smaller variant of the C1 may come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. At the back it may have an 8MP camera, while there might be a 5MP camera in the front. The 5.5-inch variant, on the other hand, has been tipped to come with 3GB of RAM with 64GB of onboard storage. It is expected to have a 13MP camera at the back, and a 5MP front camera.

In 2014, Nokia announced a new tablet called the N1. The Android-powered tablet comes with a 7.9-inch display and is powered by a quad-core Intel Z3580 SoC, with 3GB RAM. It was equipped with 32GB of onboard storage, with a 5300mAh battery. It also has an 8MP rear camera, and a 5MP front camera.
