There is a 5-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. The phone is also expected to have Cat. 4 LTE support. Previous leaks indicate that the Lumia 950 XL is expected to arrive with a 5.7-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC and a 3300mAh battery. It will have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage onboard. The Lumia 950 will sport a more compact, 5.2-inch QHD screen, a Snapdragon 808 SoC and a 3000mAh battery. Rest of the specifications are identical to the 950 XL. An infrared iris scanner and the USB Type-C port are expected to feature as well, along with Qi wireless charging support.

Microsoft will be hosting an event on October 6th in New York to possibly unveil a new range of Windows 10 devices. Apart from the two Lumia smartphones, we can expect Microsoft to launch the Surface Pro 4 in a bid to take on Apple’s recently announced iPad Pro. Although, Apple did a catch up routine, with the features of the iPad Pro comparable to the Surface Pro 3. It is likely that the successor to the Microsoft Band will also be announced.
