iBall has introduced a new budget smartphone – iBall Andi 4.5 Ripple. The smartphone is available in 2G and 3G variants – called iBall Andi 4.5 Ripple 2G and iBall Andi 4.5 Ripple 3G – priced Rs. 5,499 and Rs. 6,399 respectively.
The new smartphone features dual-SIM support, 4.5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor along 512MB of RAM. The iBall Andi 4.5 has 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing camera (unspecified resolution). It comes with 4GB built-in storage.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and FM Radio. It is powered by a 1500mAh battery capacity. The new smartphone will compete against a range of budget Android smartphones such as the Intex Aqua i4 , Micromax Canvas Juice A77, Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X and Karbonn Titanium S5i.
