Aside from that, the phone is also rumored to have 3GB of RAM, 13MP camera and running Android 5.1.1 out of the box with EMUI running on top. The Mate 7S might also come with Force Touch technology. Huawei are set to launch the Mate 7S at the IFA in Berlin. Huawei are also expected to launch another phone under their Honor brand called the 7i.
