The Huawei P9 Lite has been listed on Chinese certification website, TENAA. As per the listing, the device comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and is powered by an octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz, which is speculated to be a Kirin 650. It may also have 3GB of RAM. Instead of the dual 12MP rear camera found on the Huawei P9, the P9 lite is tipped to have a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP front camera. The device is also expected to sport a 2900mAh battery, with a fingerprint sensor located at the back, along with Android Marshmallow v6.0
German retailer, Sparhandy, has also listed the Huawei P9 on its website. Most of the specifications listed by the retailer match those listed on TENAA, except for the front facing camera. The Germans have listed the camera as a 5MP unit. The device is priced at €299 without contract, which is about Rs. 22,400.
The Huawei P9 was launched on April 6 alongside the P9 Plus. The highlight of both devices were the dual 12MP rear cameras, made in collaboration with Leica. Both phones are powered by a Kirin 955 Soc and run Android Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 layered over it.
