There are also rumours of the company launching a mid-range smartphone as well as a wearable device. Well, more details about HTC One M8 Windows Phone and a new mid-range HTC device have emerged ahead of the official announcement.
According to reports, the Windows Phone version for M8 will highly resemble the Android version not only in terms of design but specifications as well. The Windows Phone 8.1 will sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC with 2.3GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM and 32B built-in storage and microSD slot.
The One M8 Windows Phone features a 5-inch full HD LCD 3 unit with Corning Glass 3 and 441ppi density. It will feature a 4MP UltraPixel camera on the back of the device and a 5MP front-facing. The smartphone is powered by a 2,600 mAh battery.
In the meanwhile, leaked images of a new mid-range HTC smartphone have hit the web. Dubbed as the HTC A11, the smartphone has a 64-bit chipset – Qualcomm's Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916). It features a 1.4 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU, and an Adreno 306 GPU.
Other specifications of the smartphone include a 4.7-inch FWVGA (480×854) display, 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The smartphone will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC Sense. The leaked images suggest the smartphone has dual front-facing speakers.
