HTC One M9 to be unveiled on March 1
HTC has confirmed unveiling its latest flagship phone, dubbed as HTC One M9, through a sponsorship deal with the UEFA Champions League.
Shortly after Samsung confirmed unveiling its flagship on March 1, rival HTC has also confirmed announcing its latest flagship, dubbed as HTC One M9, on the same day. HTC has already begun advertising the date on social media and other platforms.
It may be recalled HTC had sent out press invites for March 1 last month, giving clear indications about unveiling its new flagship. The announcement will come shortly before the MWC 2015 event in Barcelona.

Like the Samsung Galaxy S6, the HTC One M9 has been one of the most anticipated flagships of 2015. The One M9, rumoured multiple times, is said to come with significant upgrades over its predecessors. The phone is expected to feature a silicon carbide shell which is considered to be more durable than the aluminum shell used in the previous flagships.
It is likely to come with 5-inch full HD display. There are also rumours of a HTC One M9 Plus featuring 5.5-inch display with 2K resolution. The One M9 is rumoured to feature 20.7MP camera, 4MP or 13MP front-facing camera, Boom Sound stereo, Android 5.0 Lollipop with the latest HTC Sense UI, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 3GB RAM, 2GB, microSD card support and 2840mAh battery.
