HTC may finally unveil the much-awaited Nexus 8 tablet, smartwatch or the recently leaked Windows Phone M8 on August 19.
HTC is holding an event on August 19 in New York. Speculations are the company will announce its Windows Phone version of the flagship M8.
So far, a number of rumours and leaks have hit the web about the Windows Phone M8. The most recent one says will come with a 5.5 inch QHD display, 3 GB of RAM and LTE connectivity. The Windows Phone M8 will have regular camera instead of HTC's ultrapixel camera. According to reports, the M8 will run the latest Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1. The update will come with support smart cases.
Apart from the Windows Phone M8, there are speculations that the company might unveil the Nexus 8 tablet. There have already been rumours that HTC is developing the Nexus tablet, which will sport 8.9-inch display screen and will be “high-performance” tablet with premium price tag.
There are also chances HTC might showcase its first smartwatch dubbed as the One Wear, which was recently spotted in a company video.
