HTC launched the dual-SIM One Me smartphone yesterday. The smartphone, featuring HTC’s trademark design, will be powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek helio X10 octa-core processor, and 3GB of RAM. The phone has a polycarbonate body with metallic finish on the front, which will also have dual-speaker grills at the bottom, on either side of a fingerprint sensor. HTC has included its BoomSound technology with Dolby audio.
The HTC One Me has a 20-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens, that can also record videos at 4K resolution. HTC has included a 4-megapixel UltraPixel front camera, which will record 1080p videos at 30fps. The One Me will have a 5.2” WQHD display at 1440×2560 pixels resolution, and runs Android v5.0.2 (Lollipop) underneath HTC Sense 7 UI. There will also be a 32GB internal storage, with a microSDXC card slot that can expand storage up to 2TB. HTC has included a 2840mAh battery underneath its hood.
The HTC One Me will be made available in two colours, Classic Rose Gold and Meteor Grey. It will be available from the end of this month with select partners, and is priced at Rs. 40,500. HTC has recently launched two more smartphones from the One stable – the HTC One M9+ and HTC One E9+.
