HTC’s upcoming flagship, the HTC 10, has been spotted on GFXBench again. As per the listing, the phone may come with a 5.1-inch QHD display, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The device is also tipped to come with 12MP rear and 5MP front cameras. Additionally, the listing shows that the device has 32GB of onboard storage, and may run on Android Marshmallow v6.0.1.
These specifications are in line with the prolonged rumours already circulating on the internet. HTC is also tipped to launch a cheaper variant of the smartphone that may be powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor. In addition, the company is also tipped to launch two variants of the Snapdragon 820-powered variant, one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and another with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The company has also begun teasing the HTC 10 on social media. HTC stated on Twitter, “Not all phones are created equal. The fastest and smoothest Android. You’ll feel it. #powerof10” It also showed a teaser image showing capacitive buttons flanked with physical home buttons.
