Huawei is set to launch its latest flagship smartphone, the Honor V10 today in an event in the UK. The company will also be announcing its Honor 7X smartphone at the event, which is currently up for pre-registration on Amazon and will go up for sale in India starting December 7.
Honor 7X specifications, price
The Honor 7X was launched in China back in October and succeeds the Honor 6X. It features a 5.93-inch LCD Fullview display with a 2160 x 1080p resolution. The smartphone is powered by a Kirin 659 chipset and 4GB RAM with options for up to 128GB of internal storage. The device features a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup and comes with an 8MP front-facing camera. It runs EMUI 5.1 on top of Android 7.0 Nougat and sports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a 3340 mAh battery.
In China, the 32GB variant of the Honor 7X is priced at 1,300 Yuan (Rs 13,000 approx, directly converted), whereas its 64GB variant is priced at 1,700 Yuan (Rs 17,000 approx, directly converted). The smartphone’s 128GB storage variant retails for 2,000 Yuan (Rs 20,000 approx, directly converted).

Huawei's flagship smartphone, the Honor V10 was launched in China back in November. Its highlight is the Kirin 970 SoC which, similar to the Huawei Mate 10, comes with a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for handling AI related tasks. The Honor V10 sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a taller 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of camera, the Honor V10 features a 16MP + 20MP dual rear camera setup with f/1.8 aperture lens and comes with dual LED flash and PDAF support. It sports a 13MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is powered by a 3750 mAh battery and sports a fingerprint sensor integrated in the home button.
The Honor V10 was launched in three configurations. It comes in a 4GB RAM/ 64GB ROM variant priced at CNY 2,699 (Rs 26,400 approx) and a 6GB RAM model with two storage options of 64GB and 128GB, priced at CNY 2,999 (Rs 29,300 approx) and CNY 3,499 (Rs 34,200 approx) respectively.
