The devices could also support 5G connectivity.

Honor made its comeback in the Indian smartphone market in September this year with the launch of Honor 90. Honor is reportedly working to launch the successor of the Honor 90 series, the Honor 100 lineup. The upcoming series is expected to include three devices– the Honor 100, Honor 100 Pro and the Honor 100 GT. Now, the Honor 100 series has appeared on the 3C certification.

According to a report by Gizmochina, two possible Honor 100 lineup smartphones, with model numbers MAA-AN10 and MA-AN00, have received the 3C certification in China.

The 3C certification has not revealed anything apart from the fast charging and 5G support.

There are speculations that the Honor 100 series could feature a 1.5K resolution display with eye protection through high-frequency dimming.

The upcoming lineup is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Furthermore, the devices are expected to have dual front-facing cameras and a distinctive circular rear camera module.

Recently, a new Honor smartphone, probably Honor X9B, was spotted on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website. The X9B smartphone could rival the Realme 11 Pro series, indicating that the expected price in India could be approximately ₹25,000. This would make it a more budget-friendly choice when compared to the Honor 90, which made its debut in India with a price tag of ₹37,999. Although information about the upcoming Honor X9B is limited at this time, there’s a possibility that it might be a variant or an updated version of the Honor X9b, which is currently available in specific markets
