iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro price in India: Here’s why some models are more expensive
The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, however, remain at the same price as last year.
But the prices of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max have been raised.
There are two major reasons why Apple hiked the prices.
Apple has finally launched the iPhone 15 series and it is making the noise all around the globe. The iPhone makers have made a lot of changes in their newest iPhone lineup. The iPhone 15 series has launched with four models including the standard model, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The company has also announced the pricing of its latest addition to the iPhone series. The new iPhone 15 smartphones have been launched with a little hike in their prices. Let's check out.
Apple has dropped the iPhone 15 series and despite all the changes, pricing is also one major change. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, however, remain at the same price as last year. Apple launched the iPhone 15 in India at a starting price of ₹79,900, and ₹89,900 for the iPhone 15 Plus.
However, the price of the iPhone 15 Pro has gone up to ₹5000 compared to the iPhone 14 Pro. The iPhone 14 Pro was launched in India at a price of ₹1,29,900, but this year the iPhone 15 Pro arrives at a price of ₹1,34,900.

Now the question is why Apple increased the prices of iPhone 15 Pro devices. There could be two major components to that.
Apple has featured the Titanium Chasis in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Now we all know that Titanium is a more premium and costly metal than stainless steel.
Further, the much-anticipated action button has been added to the smartphones. Now the signature mute-slider has been switched to an action button in the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. This won’t just mute your smartphone but can also open Voice Memos, Magnifier, Translate, Camera, Flashlight, and much more.
